A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do...

So many frogs, so little time! Why oh why must I be forced to kiss such slimy, green men? Well, nobody's forcing me exactly. I am choosing this route, I guess...How many more faces must press against mine before I meet my Valentine? February is a ways away...but still...it could happen! Below is a picture of a Princess (not me), kissing a frog (not mine).
You can tell by the way she is cupping his little frog body that she really cares about him. 's cute.
It's obvious by the way he's gazing up at her adoringly, he might just love her back. He might. Let's kiss him, turn him into either a lucky frog or a Prince!!! I hope he's a prince! But let's not hold our breath...
(P.S. I saw their wedding photos, and he actually IS a prince! Way charming it's ridiculous!)

JOIN us at Tiddly Ink's Challenge within the next two weeks using your favorite Tiddly Ink Stamps and create a Princess Themed Card! Fun!

Whoops! Tiddly Ink's Sketch!

It happens...Birds tell our deepest darkest secrets to those folks we would rather not know...we wear hair-clips that match the food we eat, and yes, sometimes the top two scoops of our ice cream...well...they land on our feet.

Even though all of this happens to us, the gossipy birds, the splattered ice cream..it can still be a good day. I mean, one scoop is better than none scoop, right? As for the birds, let them chirp away! If you are determined, it can still be a good day! Whoops 'n all!

FrogWoman has begun!!!

Hi Everybody!

Today I am sharing my other world with you: Acting! Here are a couple pics of the poster and the character I have the honor of playing on stage this month! Her name is FrogWoman! This quirky, cute play has a cast of 10 hilarious, talented actors I am thrilled to be working alongside them! I am much more green on stage than these photos portray. I'll have to add pics of the hilarious characters including: The Producer, The Fan, FrogWoman Heads 1,2&3, Burley 1,2&3, The Amphibianologist, Bob/Sue.SueBobFrog 1,2&3, Wizened FrogWoman and the Frogs (1,2&3)

FrogWoman is an outrageous dark comedy about the world famous
mega film star, FrogWoman, who is surgically enhanced to look like a human/frog hybrid. She escapes the clutches from her overprotective Producer to find her place in a dangerous and confusing world. Hunted down by her psychopathic Producer, chased by overzealous "FrogWomanHeads" and longing for her frog in shining armor, she goes from riches to rags and finds happiness and love along the way. This is a tale that will touch you, surprise you and make you hop away happily into the night!

Written by local writer and Theatre In My Basement founder, Chris Danowski and directed by the founder of Th Sic Sense Sketch Comedy Troupe, Franc Gaxiola.

Thanks for stopping by!

"Be Happy" & Match it Up!!!

A Sunny Afternoon when the Flowers are in Bloom, Poppy goes for a nature walk and comes back with....well...nature!

Welcome Back and Hello!

Tiddly Ink's Challenge for this week is to create a card using matching colors for your image and papers! FUN!

I chose to go the bright and bold route for this one! The writing around the border is actually inspired by my overly enthusiastic chiropractor who has sticky notes which cover the walls of his office that have little suns, smiley faces, "happy happy joy joy" and "today is the best day ever" drawn and written all over them! He is too funny and I love all his sticky notes!

DIGITAL STAMPS: All by Christy Croll for Tiddly Inks: Poppy/Handwritten Sentiments/Home Sweet Home

COLORED: Copics/Brilliance Ink/white marker

OTHER: Diamond Stickles/Jewels/flowers by small scalloped punch/3 brads/glimmer mist/heart punch/purple washi tape by The Greeting Farm along left side/hand stitching

PAPER: the main background paper is by K & Company BW Mira Specialty Paper Pad 625327.
Thank You for stopping by! One of my wishes for you is that you enjoy the sunshine and smell a flower that is bigger than you head!!!

Ciao Bellas y Bellos? (is there a masculine version of Bellas? I don't know?:) Either way, Ciao;)
