Pumpkin Vintage

Weasel Pumpkin, Prom Pumpkin Queen, 2 sticks (Pumpkin & Bat Head) find themselves chillin' by a sky blue mountain. Weasel is spreading the love.

This little project is for Stampotique's Designer Challenge which is to create a Vintage inspired look, using only your Stampotique stamps. I'm not sure how vintage mine looks...but it does look dirty, grungy and a bit wrinkled. Hopefully, that counts :)

Now, onto the supplies list:

STAMPS: All by Stampotique: Prom Queen, Weasel, 2 Sticks, Hanging Hearts, Crown, Bow Heart, Halloween Cube 1 & 2 and Bla Bla Bla.

OTHER: Colored in Copics, Distress Inks/Gold & Diamond Stickles/Purple Sparkly Ribbon/ Baby Blue Ribbob/Skull Brad/3 Red Jewels/Black Lace/Matte Medium/Burnt Sienna Paint/Deep Plum Glimmer Mist

ENJOY & Thanks for stopping by!!!

Love,

Buttercup :)

Crackle My Heart

Not that you need my permission, not that you asked, not that I am an authority on the subject, but know that it's OK to love, to dream, to hope and to dance. I say, DANCE like that cute boy is watchin', WORK like you need the money, and LOVE like you know you're going to get hurt, but you're not hurt yet.

As Moon Girl sits near the edge of her fence, Fairy Fae sends dreams and stars her way. Charged by love and glimmers of hope, friendships are made, lives are saved, and less people walk about the Earth with their shoulders sloped.

We all have crackles in our hearts. That's where our personality comes from.

And hopefully when your shoulders are sloped and your eyes are gazing downwards, there will be a Fairy Fae on her way to deliver you a little ticket you forgot you already had...

AMINALS AMINALS AMINALS!!! Tiddly Ink's Weekly Challenge :)

Have you ever loved someone and thought if they left you, you would turn into a cat lady? Are you a cat lady? Or a cat gentleman? Either way, or even if not, I'm sure you can imagine missing someone...and filling the void with...something else...food, business, trips, movies, TV, crafts, art, sports...cats...something. About Post-Heartbreak-Hobbies, do they introduce us to new facets of ourselves...or are they just covering up the pain of the missing the way things were? They do both. But instead of "covering up the missing" I would say Post Heartbreak Hobbies help focus our attention to something more enjoyable than a pint of icecream, a comforter and a couch.

Christy Crolls "Cat Girl" makes me think of a girl who is missing somebody. I imagine she is at someplace cozy like home, where she holds her fluffy blue-gray cat...but she takes being a cat lover to the next level: she has become a Cat Girl! How this transformation took place, only the Tabloids know. But she is still quite loveable.

Be careful who you love and who you hang out with, because you might start looking like them. WHISKERS!!! AHH!!! I'm going to start looking like an E00 Copic Marker if I'm not careful :)

Please know you are SO INVITED to join in on the Tiddly Ink's Challenge this week to use any Tiddly Ink's animal image in your project! I CAN'T WAIT to see this week's submissions as I love the new Tiddly Ink's animal images!!!

HAVE FUN!!!

Love,

Buttercup :)
